Hello i was trying to fix something with a ps4 controller not working with my computer and i accidentally delted the Hid compliant game controller driver and now it seems that windows wont recognize the controller anymore is there a way to download the driver again or something im on a recently installed windows 10 so i can still revert to windows seven but i dont know if that would help or not.

You can perform a system restore to revert the PC to a date when the controller was working.

The said step will undo whatever changes that were made to it, like installing apps or Windows Updates: 1. Type in "rstrui", without the quotes, then click OK 3. Select "Choose a different restore point", then hit Next. Select a restore point dated prior to the problem, then hit Next. If you don't see your preferred restore point, click "Show more restore points" and choose from there.

Click Finish. System restore will take a while to complete. Please make sure not to interrupt this process.
